We are a mature couple who spend part of our time living in the mountains of British Columbia. We purchased this condo to have a comfortable, welcoming place to stay while visiting family and friends, attending appointments and spending time in Calgary. When we are not using it ourselves, we are happy to make it available for others to enjoy.

Our goal is to offer a well cared for, fully furnished space that feels more like a home than a typical rental, making it ideal for professionals, medical stays, remote workers, and family visits.

The condo is located in north west Calgary in the community of Rocky Ridge. It is close to Co-op and a short drive to Crowfoot Shopping Centre, U of C and Foothills hospital. There is quick access to Stoney Trail, Crowchild Trail and other major routes, convenient access to public transit including the Tuscany LRT station, and an easy drive west to the mountains.
